Personal data you provide at account opening — name, email, payment identifiers — is stored on encrypted servers. We do not keep raw UPI or Paytm reference numbers beyond the settlement window required by payment rails.

Account Security Controls

Transaction records are kept for the minimum period required under Indian financial regulations and then permanently deleted. Account profile data is removed within 30 days of a verified account closure request.

sattmtka is the sole data controller for your account. Payment processors such as UPI and PhonePe networks handle transaction data under their own privacy policies during the transfer window only.
